Personalized & customized to fit your unique dynamic, my approach to your wedding day or photoshoot is that it's a collaboration. From in-depth questionnaires to face-time dates diving into your story, we will curated the day of your dreams, I just want you to be yourselves. None of that stiff, forced, cheesy stuff. Just honest goodness.
I know the moments that are going to matter most to you, because I get to know you.
The Approach

Timeless editing mixed with creative compositions, you will have a gallery filled with variety. From close up detail photos to far away landscapes, you'll get to see the whole story. Down-to-earth documentary meets elevated editorial.
I let the honest & organic flow of day naturally unfold. You'll remember the way it rained in the morning, with close up shots of dewdrops on the grass, to the way the silky pink sun set on the lake as you held each-other after "I do". You'll see photos of an epic blurry dance floor, teary eyed moments as you zipped up your dress, and everything in between.

I'll be your biggest cheerleader. Carrying around a fanny pack of tissues & lipgloss whenever you need a touch up. I'm your biggest advocate on your day, if you need an extra hug to calm those gittery nerves or a little fist bump right after you walked down the aisle. I'll be rooting for you guys the entire time.

Absolutely I do! Travel is my biggest form of inspiration. I love creating unique work that reflects my couples unique story in a unique place!
More than half of my couples choose to explore a new place for their session or wedding and, I'm all for that. If you need ideas for Idaho, PNW, Utah, and beyond, I have many ideas!
YES! I can offer timeline advice & shoot prep! You deserve your dream day & I want to help make that happen! I do always recommend hiring a planner or day of coordinator, as I am unable to do everything & there's a reason planners exist! I know several that I trust & love! I am a hands-on resource from wedding timeline assistance, to what to wear, to vendor recommendations, to a 30+ page wedding guide filled to the brim with all the info you might need.
For portraits & couples, typically 3-5 weeks!
For weddings, typically 7-9 weeks (with sneak peeks prior!)
I'm equally excited to get your photos to you as you are to get them back!
About a week after your wedding, I send an entire sneak peek gallery (with 40+ images) highlighting your day!
You'll also recieve behind the scene videos so you can watch them on your honeymoon or day after session! I share these to my stories!
The first thing I encourage and suggest is embracing it! Being an experienced photographer, I can create in any kind of light/weather!
It creates a ready unique mood & vibe for your images that tells your story in a really "one-of-a-kind" way!
However, if it is so horrible that it could ruin my gear or it's not safe for us, we would for sure postpone!
